Larry’s Lazy Susan has two wonderful oceanfront decks for your family and friends to enjoy. An intimate upper deck allows you a panoramic view of the beaches below. Enjoy sitting up here and relaxing in the warm Carolina sun. The lower deck offers a cooler, shaded retreat to sit on while watching your children play in the sand. Bring your fishing poles and try surf fishing, you may catch something great for dinner! Ground Level: Parking for up to3 vehicles. Larry’s Lazy Susan offers 2 ways to get inside, a ramp on the left leads to the oceanfront deck and steps in the front lead to the main door. First Level: On this level you’ll find the oceanfront living, dining and kitchen areas. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead you outside to the covered oceanfront deck. From here you have endless views of the island to the north and south. The deck also offers a hot and cold outdoor shower, for rinsing off all that sand from playing in the sand. The living room offers beach themed futons, for relaxing on or use as extra sleeping areas. The double and single futon will sleep up to 3 guests. The oceanfront living room also offers a TV with VCR and DVD player, magazines to read and a ceiling fan. The oceanfront dining room has a rectangular table with 6 matching chairs. Gather the family together for a clambake or fresh fried fish. The table is situated for the best possible oceanfront dining experience. The kitchen sits on the sound side of the home, and offers great ocean views as well as sound views. The room is filled with light pink painted cabinets and wood floors. The kitchen also offers a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, under counter radio, coffee maker and toaster. Three bar stools sit at the bar, which looks into the kitchen. The first bedroom sits on the sound side of the home, beside the living room. This room offers a queen-size bed, TV, ceiling fan and telephone. The room has an attached bathroom, which can also be accessed through the kitchen. Second Level: You’ll head upstairs using the unique spiral staircase. Before heading into the bedrooms you’ll notice a quiet oceanfront loft. The space is perfect for sitting in the wicker rocking chairs and reading a book in the afternoon. The loft also has access to the upper oceanfront deck. The first bedroom, upstairs, offers a queen size bed, wicker furniture and sound views. The second bedroom offers two twin bunk beds and a TV with VCR. These two rooms are joined by a full size bathroom.
