As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior thoughtfully planned to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean. This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 551 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 5, end unit fifth floor (of a six floor building). We also manage unit 552, 553 – next door on the 5th floor. Large families and large groups can rent these two units together. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast table and area for 4 effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center with HDTV. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings or anything in between. The dining room provides seating for 6. There is a granite breakfast bar that provides another 4 seats. Plus, there is even a desk area for guests who need work room. The 3 bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has four bunk beds (sleeps 4) – which is great for children. Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The huge oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate 10, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the beauty of the Ocean Hammock Golf Course (which is a private course) and the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean. Our condo is located a block from the 2 Cinnamon beach pools. The Ocean Clubhouse offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise, it includes a spectacular swimming pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake. Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Plus, new color TVs, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels.
