Three story chalet with two separate units that may be rented together or separately. The lower 2 bedroom 1 bath unit can accommodate up to 6 people (with 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room). The 3 bedroom, 2 bath accommodates up to 8 people (with 2 sleeping on a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.) Each unit is all on one level and complete with kitchen, living room, and dining room. Located between Asheville and Black Mountain, near the Biltmore Estate, it is set on a mounatinside with long distance views of the Blue Ridge Mounatins. Summers are cool and views are breathaking in all seasons. Air conditiong is provided but rarely needed. No smoking is permitted inside. Some pets are permitted with prior written approval.

Policies
Rental Policy:
All rates subject to 6.75% State Tax. 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation Full prepayment is due 7 days prior to arrival Minimum 3 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. >No Smoking No Pets without prior written permission allowed.
Deposit Policy:
For long stays a $100 damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure.
Refund Policy:
A 5% fee is applied to all canceled reservation. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee.
