There is a separate sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and a TV. This floor of the house has a full bath, a small refrigerator, and is handicapped accessible from the two car garage. The second story has beautiful hardwood floors, a complete kitchen, self-contained laundry room, 1.5 baths, and a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa and a large TV with VCR/DVD combo. Ocean views from all but two windows on the second story. Can you believe that there is even an ocean view from the walk-in closet in the second story master bedroom? The second story bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a master bathroom, TV and has been quaintly decorated by the owners. There are two decks on the second floor with gorgeous ocean views from both, and a Webber grill on the back deck that is waiting to grille your favorite steak. The third story includes three carpeted bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Enjoy waking up with the sunrise glistening across the beautiful Atlantic in the larger of the two bedrooms which is most favored by many guests because of the exceptional ocean view. The third bedroom is decorated with children in mind with twin beds, full walk-in closet. Each bedroom has been decorated with the family in mind and is equipped with TVs.Take a short walk to historical Fort Fisher Park, the North Carolina Aquarium, or take a short drive to Historic Wilmington. While in Wilmington visit the USS North Carolina, tour Screen Gems Movie Studios (where Matlock and Dawson’s Creek were filmed), and visit the many shops along Water Street. Save a day of your vacation to take a carriage ride through historic downtown and enjoy a relaxing dinner at one of the fine restaurants overlooking the beautiful Cape Fear River. Other attractions include: Ferry to Southport, biking, golf, fishing, and shelling.
